• We have chairs ranging from Rs. 3200/- to Rs. 10,000/-

• Yes, we do manufacture recliners. We have manual as well as motorized range available with us. The price range of our recliner is from Rs. 20,000/- to Rs. 60,000/-.

• Depending on the order lot and volume, we generally supply between 25-45 days.

• 50 % - 70% depending upon volume

• Laminated as well non-laminated, depending upon the customer’s choice.

• Yes, we do so upon customer request as the fire-retardant fabric is an expensive material which comes with a certificate.

• Yes, we provide a 3-year warranty against any manufacturing defects. This warranty stands null and void if the products are mishandled, subjected to public vandalism, natural calamity, etc.

• No. Installations are done by our vendors but the payment has to be routed through us.

• Yes, we provide after sales service. Any parts required in future will be easily available as and when demanded on chargeable basis.

• Yes, we do on a case-to-case basis.

• 75-100 no. in a single day provided the hall is clear and handed over to us in time.

• By expandable type anchor fasteners of size M8 x 75.

• Yes, it’s a must. In case of wooden flooring a minimum plywood thickness of 19mm will be required.

• If it is wooden flooring, then you have to inform us at the time of placing an order so that we can make a stand accordingly which can be easily fitted on the wooden flooring.

• Normally 160 chairs can be set in a standard available truck.

• No, we dispatch the chair in complete knock down condition. It is finally assembled on site post delivery.

• Minimum 950 mm for Fixed type and not less than 1100 mm for Push-back type.

• Yes, but on returnable basis & against a security deposit. The to-and-fro transportation has to be borne by the client.

• It depends on the location and quantity.

• We charge Rs 150 per chair if the quantity is below 150 chairs. For order quantities more than that 150 installation is free.

• To ensure a high level of service we sell our products through various channels depending on the size, type and location of your project. To initiate a purchase fill out the request form or give us a call and we’ll assign you with the right sales representative to assist you in the process.

• Pricing for the typical auditorium style chair can vary greatly depending on the model selected, accessories needed and finishes. Fabric selection can dramatically impact the price of the chair. If you need preliminary budget pricing contact us and one of our representatives will help you with the details.

• Yes, parts are available for most components. Occasionally a product may be discontinued in which case we can usually replace it with a new model or help figure out some other low-cost alternative to get your seating back to proper working order.

• Yes, we can arrange for installation with one of our certified installation crews.

• No, Auditorium seating is shipped as individual components because chairs typically share center standards and armrests.

• You can but only in adherence to the safety code compliance and if the row spacing / clear passage allows for accessories. If the chairs you have currently installed allow for an accessory to be added easily, contact us and we’ll have a representative follow up with you to evaluate your needs and determine what will work best for you.

• Yes. In fact, we always draw a seating layout for our customers and installers to use.

• Our seating layout engineers use a series of Auto CAD macros and a generic symbol when laying out a space and do not have CAD blocks for each model and size available. We can provide you with a dimension drawing showing the critical dimensions of the chair’s envelope. Our Design Engineering Department also has the ability to export 3D renderings for many of our models.

• We can use a customer’s own material (COM) provided the fabric passes our testing for durability and workability. If it does not pass testing, we may suggest an alternative or require a waiver to be submitted.

• Yes, we have the ability to match wood stains, contact a representative for details.

• Yes, we can provide plastic and powder coating in custom colors, contact a representative for details.
